Sometimes it’s a struggle to see past our immediate challenges. Or things may have been feeling painful or unmanageable for a long time.
When something seems to keep blocking our way, we can feel like we are stuck at a threshold.
Talking therapy can be a first step across the threshold towards feeling better.

My approach
I work with adults (18 and over). I use the Conversational Model of psychodynamic therapy, an approach with a strong research base supporting its efficacy. A secure, safe therapeutic relationship is the basis of this model. We work together over time to build a stronger sense of personal identity and wellbeing.
